We haven't had burgers in a really long time. This week was the annual winter company meeting. That means really long intense days. Not much time for cooking...or cleaning for that matter but I am not going to think about that till the weekend.
Anyway, burgers with a bit of onion flavoring seemed like a nice, easy dinner. And lots of kale chips.
